We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who violates these terms or engages in unauthorized use of our digital infrastructure.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Xeal or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, property photography, and software code.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any part of this platform without express written consent from our legal department in Dubai.

Xeal provides its services on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

All payments for bookings and services must be made through our authorized payment gateways. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers as specified during the checkout process.

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes and tourism fees as required by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the user dashboard or via email. Refund eligibility depends on the specific booking category and the timing of the cancellation relative to the check-in date.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, subject to bank processing times and any applicable administrative fees.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and booking process.

Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or interference with site security, will result in immediate account termination and potential legal reporting.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Xeal does not warrant that property descriptions, pricing, or availability are always error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Service availability may be subject to maintenance windows or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
